Our history in brief
To expand its offering, Castelis acquired ILX Consulting, an infrastructure specialist that became the Castelis Cloud Business Unit, in 2004, followed by Access it, a Microsoft pure player based in Villeneuve d’Ascq, in 2014.
In 2014, the group continued to grow with the creation of a new company: Treez Data Management, a Data specialist based in the Lille region. The following year, it created Sudalis, a web agency specialising in custom development, based in Toulouse.
Then in 2018, it extended its expertise with the acquisition of Yoozly, a web agency based in the Lille offices.
2018 was also the year of the company’s expansion into Asia, with an investment in LiveWell Solutions Ltd and shortly afterwards a partnership with SourceWell Global Inc. in the Philippines. These collaborations ultimately led to the creation of Castelis Asia Inc. in Manila in November 2020.
In 2020, the Ylly agency, a specialist in Customer Experience, joined the group at its Paris offices.
Finally, in 2022, the Castelis group became hunik group and gained new expertise with a 7th company: Everbrand, an agency specialising in brand development.
