An onboarding journey that starts before you arrive…
From the day you sign your contract until your arrival, you will regularly receive “episodes” giving you all the information you need to get off to a great start at Castelis: an introduction to the company, its teams and management, a schedule for your first day, and even a floor plan so you can locate your future office before you even arrive!

During the month of your arrival, you will receive a weekly newsletter. It will contain all the information you need to kick off your Castelis adventure: a summary of how integration check-ins work and an invitation to follow Castelis on social media. In short, everything that will make you a fully-fledged Castelissian
The check-in
In addition to information emails, we have set up integration check-in meetings where the new Castelissian, their Buddy and a member of the HR team meet to discuss any difficulties encountered, progress since joining Castelis, or objectives to achieve before the next check-in.
The integration breakfast
Every quarter, all new Castelissians are invited to the "Integration Breakfast". The executives present the history and strategy of Castelis. The integration breakfast allows everyone to introduce themselves and get to know each other. It is an opportunity to connect informally while spending a pleasant time together.
